Working principle

The paper mill gearbox mainly consists of gear and shaft, which can produce variable speed torque through different gear combination. The automatic gearbox AT is composed of hydraulic torsion device, planetary gear and hydraulic control system, and the speed change torque is achieved through hydraulic transmission and gear combination.
The hydraulic torque converter is the most characteristic of the unit, which consists of the pump wheel, turbine and guide wheel, and directly input the engine power transmission torque and clutch. Pump wheel and turbine is a pair of work, as if they are relatively placed two fan, a fan blowing out of the wind will drive the other passive fan blade rotation, the flow of air, wind power into kinetic energy transfer medium.
