Gear reducer use, maintenance and precautions

(A) disassembly high speed reducer, should try to avoid hammering, so as not to damage the normal parts.
(B) the use of if the shaft extension or connection at the seepage phenomenon, should be promptly replaced skeleton oil seal and other seals.
(C) reducer 460 # load industrial gear oil, the working environment temperature is 0 ~ 40 ℃.
(D) after the first use of 100 hours, should be clean inside the cavity put on a new gear oil, after every 2,000 hours oil change once.
